Mike makes the best homes fries, sliced potatos lightly fried with onions and sometimes green peppers. His trick is to slice the potatos in different sizes..some paper thin, some fat that way you get crunchy and soft. He also likes to scramble eggs and saugage in with them once in a while. My daughters friends would come up to St. Clould (fl) just to eat breakfast at our house!
