I married up these two Samsung R25s, used them in my T8 straight from fully charging them the first time. This is their second charge after running them down. Why haven't they charged at the same time? Am I just being overly paranoid? I thought, that since I married them, they would recharge equally.

The battery in the left is an efest that I use in my Hana clone.

I don't know the Intellicharger. Does three lights mean that battery is charged?

The next time you take them out of the mod, check them with a voltmeter. One may well be that one is 0.01v or 0.02v different than the other. The lower one will take slightly longer to charge. When you took the picture their voltages might have been the same or it may have been slightly different, but I would not take them out to measure it. If you do and then put the left one back to finish charging it probably will not start charging again until the voltage drops to about 4.0v. Definitely check each when they are just finished charging. The voltage will drop 0.01v within a short time and another 0.01v in the next couple of hours.

It's not uncommon for batteries to require different charge times. I have over 50 batteries and see it all the time. Though the cells are the same, their performance or quality could be slightly different. For instance, I regularly use Sony VTC4 / VTC5 batteries in my mechanical mods, out of my 8 VTC4's one of them lasts nearly as long as my VTC5's. It holds a little more mAh than the other VTC4's. I wouldn't sweat it, like already recommended, measure them before and after charging. That may answer all your concerns.

Is it not recommended to NOT immediately place a just charged battery into service?? It was suggested by several folks that after charging I allow the batteries to sit for a while and then use them; so, that's what I do and I have yet to have any issue with the 25R's.
