What's going on with my vaporizer?

I recently bought a vaporizer setup for my girlfriend, which is the same as mine. But it seems hers heats up faster and such while they both have dual bottom coils and are set to the same voltage. What's going on?

Also, is it possible this is just my bottom dual coils dying? How will I know when I need to replace it?

Could you tell us more about the setup. Battery, tank ect brand/models or a picture, and are the coils the same ohms or different?
