enforcement starts for age verification and to ensure no new products enter the market. Products already on the market by 8/8/2016 have another two years providing the vendors register, list products and list ingredients by the deadlines specified.

Once vaping becomes a "tobacco" product in August, states can have a field day as to how they will regulate and tax. Seeing what happened in PA I'm not taking any chances.

It's time to stock up on anything you will need that's on sale and some things that aren't. These days you can't have enough stock to tide you over. The next couple of years are going to be iffy.

I still have some faith that the government will reign in the FDA and realize that the FDA is trying to destroy the competition for big tobacco. It's a money game to guarantee profits for cigarette companies to pay off the last 8 or 9 years of the tobacco settlement without losing sales to ecig competition.

It's not hard to find out what's really going on.

Check your state regulations on tax for tobacco products, see if vape is included and if they allow online ordering for tobacco products, if they have a use tax, etc. Right now some of the states are much worse than FDA 8-8-16 deeming meaning all vape is tobacco product. I stocked up, but everyone has to make the choice of what they want they do, stock up or wait and see what happens.
