Just joined today. Need to start somewhere. Looking to make and buy a wood box mod. It's been a while since I've built my own mod or even wrapped a coil so I'm looking for places to start. Useful links, tools, tutorials... you name it, I need it. Im not trying to get all fancy with chips, voltmeters, etc. Just wanting to build a nice wood mod that's basic and simple. I'm also looking to buy a new vape. Something small and compact, but packs a punch. I've been looking at the smok rpm 2. Currently puffing on vaporesso luxe. So if anyone has some sites or info they liked to share, od love to hear it.

Steer away from smok. I just got myself a little pod, Lost Vape Orion Q. Top fill with a screw in plug. Adjustable air flow and 1.0ohm coil. Cute little thing for 20 bucks. No leaks, no fuss. And the high nic salt kicks ..... But of course, you can use any juice you like. I just like high nic salt in pods. This is gonna be my carry around vape I think, I'll leave my voopoo drag 2 for home use. The Orion q is definitely MTL but kinda airy.
I had the original drag and it was really nice. I kept it for about a year and a half and gave it to a friend. The drag 2 is a little bit smaller but really doesn't perform much different from the first one. These are really nice mods. On the original, the only fault I could find was the finish started coming off fairly quickly but of course that in no way affected the way it vaped. The drag 2 is super nice too. I just got the Orion q just to have a small MTL in pod form to kick around with. For some odd reason, I like high mg nic salt. But back to the drag, you wont be disappointed at all with that choice.
