I expect to receive my joye 510 monday, but I'm dying waiting. I wonder...

What's it like to be able to "smoke" anywhere? In the car? To work, from work, at work (even in the bathroom), at home, with relatives, in public places with no feeling of guilt? It must be like 1950 all over again, right?

By the way I quit newports/analogs a month ago... (I'm :-x on the inside)

I just started with my 510 a week ago and it's surreal. I do vape in public places and generate quite a bit of positive attention to the product. Many smokers and non-smokers really get interested in the product either for themselves or a smoking loved one/friend.

Personally, I like the fact that I CAN put it down, whenever. It's not burning and I won't lose out on my nicotine fix if I wait a few minutes between pulls. I used to hate being "tied" to my analogs (tobacco cigarettes). You get banished into oblivion in order to smoke and then when you do you feel bad about it if someone comes near. With my 510 I already feel healthier (I can walk 3 times as many flights of stairs already!) and guilt free, it's awesome.

I also notice that I smell cigarettes in a new way. Before when I quit, the smell of tobacco smoke sent me to nirvana. Now it just smells harsh. I think my brain is becoming re-wired to accept my urges for nicotine as separate from an urge for a cigarette. It's strange but in just a short time I'm sure that I have 100% switched for good. It's just a better product. Technology has once again prevailed. E-cigs rock!

It is a good feeling to be able to vape where and when I like. BUT you still need to be mindful of others.

There is no sense in starting a full on riot, if you are in a place that is not a smoking/vaping place. Hospitals, Churches or someone's establishment.

This is a new technology, the general public doesn't know much about it yet. The press is mostly negative, so keep that in mind.

Enjoy it where you can, carry a card to give to those who want to learn more..with this site's name and addy and maybe a few of your favorite suppliers.

The people here will give you all the help they can. Welcome to E.C.F.!

    Somewhere between here and there
Congratulations on quitting the newports. I know where you are coming from. The wait time from when you order to when you receive your kit seems like forever. I just got my kit thursday and am about a day and a half into vaping. I am liking it very much. I have already cut my analog use by more than half. The thing that surprised me about vaping is that every flavor I have tried seems to have some sort of sweet taste to it. The johnson creek original and tennessee cured seem to be my favorites so far. Good luck to you and I am sure you will very much enjoy your pv.
