For me throat hit is paramount. When I wake up, throat hit is easily attainable at 3.7 but as the day goes on, 3.7 just doesn't do it, so I turn my Buzz Pro up and voila throat hit is there. Also, I have found a lot of juice is better at different voltages.

This is just me though..only my experience.

I like it for the reasons stated above. Especially the using of different ohm cartos, or atties. On my last order of cartos, I ordered among others, three boxes of 2Ω cartos which I no longer use. But, no problem, just dial it in for 2Ω. Plus when I got my first VV, I had some 2.5Ω that I no longer used, but was then able to use them up. So, they just come in darn handy, and so versitle. I can't wait to get a VV Grand to add to my roster.

no battery voltage drop off and the ability to dial any ohm atty/carto in:2c:

Thats it right there .... Its a must have item.
Going from a mini to a VV would be like a dream for me.

Minis used to last me a few hours per battery at my pace with Cisco 1.5Ω
The VV Woodvil is lasting a almost 2 days per set of AW 18350 batts :)

I just got a vv to look cool. :D

Just kidding, as everyone else has mentioned, you just get more control over your vaping experience. If you are looking into vv make sure to read up on whether or not the mod has a safety feature in it. My Lava Tube for example will cut my voltage to about 4volts when I'm using low resistance cartos or attys. This is also the case with dual coils as they're resistance is read as low. Not all vv mods have this, but some do.

I think you should start with an Icon from Ps and then year later get a REO mini and 6 AW batteries. Then do that for a year. That's what my friend did. This will be his 3rd big boy devise.

Or Go buy a cheap buzz on the forum. Pick up a screw in meter.

Just try a Boge 3.0 at 4.8 v. Just once. Or a 2.5 atomizer at 5.4. Then imagine you get that same awesome personally Tailored voltage every time. Then you won't need to ask.

Find your favorite heat and set it and forget it. Change batteries. Rice and Beans!

Hey Tim (or anyone else that wants to chime in feel free), about how many ml's of juice are you going through in that time frame and are those AW IMR's ? I am seriously considering a VV Grand when the hit the market but my concern is battery longevity. The only thing I know about batteries is what I have learned here and my personal experience with the AW IMR 18650's I am currently using in my Grand.

I can easily get a full day (3 - 4 ml's) from 1 battery running a Cisco 1.5 bridgeless atty. I just love the convenience of not having to tote around a bunch of extra crap everywhere I go, I just keep a new atty and spring in my car and I'm good (or have been so far anyways). Knowing that these batts are only rated @ 700mah had me wondering if I want to fool with them but seeing this may give me hope. I would likely keep both the Grand and VV with me regardless but this was something that had me concerned about the VV's.

Thanks much :)
