what's the best mod for a lady?

I would also recommend the Ipro if she wants a VV mod. It's long but sleek and will fit little hands better than a BP. If she wants something small, nice looking and efficient (much more than a 10440 based mod), I'd go with a Puresmoker Icon V1.1 with LR cartomizers. I've been vaping hard on these 2 devices and can't relate any issue about them. A copper is also a great and not too expensive mod, but you have to be very careful if you want to stack unprotected batteries for 6V vaping (I'm doing it on a copper without issues, but you have to be warned about that).
I am ordering from USA most of my vaping supplies. Most of the vendors are shipping overseas.
Puresmoker unfortunately doesn't send overseas, but you can pick one at cloud9vaping. It's gonna be more expensive due to the pound being much higher than the dollar at the moment, but it's a great and trustworthy seller, I bought mine there.

Actually, no. Almost all the "mod" type PV's are made in the US. The Ego's, Riva's, E-Powers and Kgo's are all China made but outside that group, most are US made. There are also some made in Germany and the UK.
Which ones are made in UK and Germany? I have found only USA made mods, I guess because that's where the majority of vapers are located (> 2.5 millions). I am a Romanian and I know of a Romanian mod called The Precious but it is not available. There is also the Golden Greek which I believe it's made in Greece but I am not sure about this one.

How many ml does she vape a day? Thinking about what kind of battery life she'll need. What voltage does she like? Gonna help a lot knowing these things so we can suggest the right things. 
I forgot about the GG from Greece. I hear he is planning on coming out with a VV GG but who knows how long that will be.
The first ever "mod", the Screwdriver, is from Trog, in the UK. He now has that little "Keyring" PV. I saw a thread on here about 4 - 5 months ago from some guy from Germany that was making/selling a mod but unfortunately I don't remember the name. And I remember the thread on the Precious you mentioned, also.
I wonder why we don't see more PV's being developed and made in European countrys?
I was going to suggest you check out the 3.7 volt GLV2 because it is small and fits nicely in your hand and won't be seen but I would not call it "lady like". It's also made in the US. But the GLV2 is one of the best PV's on the market and comes with a lifetime warranty. I prefer the 5 volt version but you might want to check it out:

She vapes around 2-3 ml/day on an Ego-T. She is not into high voltage right now but she tried my Buzz Pro set to 4-4.5 V on a Boge 3.0 Ohm and she liked it (of course
). Only she would not use a Buzz Pro, she has small hands and a Buzz Pro is not really her style.
I like this one very much: Little Sister Variable Vari-Cool - Ken's Boxmods She'll want to run Boge cartos on it (or whatever carto she likes best, but Boges are wonderful on it, I use either the 2ohm or 3ohm and both are great on it), or use a drip shield with an atomizer beause you really don't want juice getting inside it. It's SO small and has VV and comes in girly colors and she can dial it down to "off" to put in her purse . Best part: it vapes great!

I second this. I would also vote for the woodvils. I have the 18490 woodvil, I love it, and I have small hands, and really like the way that it feels.
REO's are great mods, but y'all realize they're quite a bit wider than a Buzz Pro, right?
