What's the better box mod?

I'm stuck between the eleaf istick 30w and the iTaste MVP 3.0. Some people have told me one is better than the other, but others have told me they are about the same. What mod would be better if I want thick clouds? Btw, I'm using the Atlantis tank. Thanks!

If you are after 'thick clouds' you probably want neither. Istick 50 might be a better choice.

Istick 50 is only a ten bill more for 20 more watts and a larger battery. I love mine

If you want to use the Atlantis and the 0.5 ohm coils for it then the realistic choice is: neither. The Atlantis with half ohm coils will function at 30 watts - but just barely. You need a 50 watt something for that setup.

not a cloud guy, but I think my istick 50 would have plenty of power, + I liked the price on it and 6+ mls a day, charge it every 2-3 days. my wattage is all over the place with different coils and different juice thickness so I cant give ya anything more definite.

btw... haven't actually run the batteries all the way down

I would say it all depends on how much you want to spend on it and how much experimenting you would want to do with different Attys and coils and such.

All of them have their pros and cons and ultimately you shoul try a few of them out in your hand and see which is the most comfortable for you.

I agree with Rikajho....if you want to make full use of your Atlantis and get bigger clouds...you should consider iStick 50W or equivalent. 30W just doesn't cut it for Atlantis.

Personally I think the Atlantis at like 25W is decent unless you're wanting to blow mushroom clouds...

But the Atlantis + 50W iStick is a winning combo!

I really like my sigelei 50w v2. I have had it for about 3 months and has not disappointed me. I had a mvp2 and it worked great for what it's suppose to do. If the mvp3 is anything like it you can't go wrong pickling it up.

They are both very good--the MVP 3 is probably more solid and reliable, but it's also big and heavy. The iStick 30 is new and somewhat untested, but I love mine, knock on wood.

I use a couple of iStick 30's for when I'm out of the house, both with Kanger Subtank Mini's and .5 ohm coils and they work fantastic. Small and portable. I rarely go above 12 watts or so with the Sub Mini and I get more vapor than I've ever gotten on any device other than a dripper. Though I'm not going to win any cloud chasing contest, it is a very satisfying vape.

I have noticed that the Kanger tanks seem to be more efficient than the Atlantis, though. At the same wattage the Aspire tank just doesn't give as much flavor and vapor as the Kanger, so if I were getting an an iStick, and it was going to be my only mod, I'd get the 50 watt version - especially if using an Atlantis.

The "sweet spot" on my Atlantis seems to be about 35W. Your mileage may vary, though.

Hey Rickajho - I'm using mvp 3 w Atlantis .5 ohm. I dont understand why you say this barely works (btw I'm relatively new to vaping and need to understand this). If I go over about 25Watts the bottom of the subtank gets really hot and vape is really hot. Wouldnt a 50 W increase heat? BTW what tank (or ohm) would be ideal for the MVP 3.0? Thanks
