I need a new backup. I always have 2 Provari's but my wife is vaping my backup and broke one. The Super T big Precise looks nice but it's not variable volts. I rarely adjust my ProVari though. I have been vaping 3 years and want to try something new. Are those tanks any good? The rebuild able attys? They seem complicated. What's good and new? I like high voltage or at least strong vapor.

Thanks from an old timer.

I'm currently using a mvp box mod with a splash tank, I'm also using a nes mod with dna 20 chip with a map tank, I also have a seigeli s-max with a carto tank. I have a small variable voltage mod I got from fasttech that I just leave on the coffee table with a carto tank and I have a ego twist with a protank v1. I use them in about that order too. All work very well but if I had to name my favorite it would probably be the mvp. Long battery life and it's variable voltage.

On rebuildable attys, they are fantastic once you learn how to set them up the way that works for you. That could take a few attempts or a few dozen. Took me about six to know what direction I wanted to go in and then about another dozen to get it finalized. I love them now, but I am very happy I had an alternate device to vape while I learned ;).

I'd think we would need to take a poll with a decent sized list of the latest group of available devices to get an honest look at what people consider the Top of the line.
Many........in fact, Most devices are purchased on recommendations from someone else or Sales hype. Only after having the unit and trying it out can one make a rational conclusion as to its value.

My guess is you have a bunch of 18490 and/or 18500 batteries for your provari. Seems to make sense to get an SVD or ZMAX telescope as backup. You can use the batteries you already have in either. I'd go with the SVD -- I bought one from Fastech at a great price.

If you decide to go the mech route, I'd recommend a telescoping mech for the same reason. Same deal, Fastech has a bunch of them that are inexpensive and you can try out a clone to see if it's for you before dropping bigger bucks on an "original."
