Whats the deal with e-Smokey Treats anyways??

Hi everybody,

I just wanted to give everyone a little update as to whats going on in our world..

As some of you may be aware we have moved into a larger location!!! Business is booming and Im trying really hard to keep up with everything.

On a sad note I have had to fire an employee and that means I have had to pick up the slack. Its been rough the last week or so dealing with all the emails, orders and the move so I apologize for being a little slow to respond to some of you. The good news is that I have a new employee starting tomorrow so I'm hoping that Ill start to have more time to devote to customer service and getting the new and much improved website going.

I just wanted to let people know whats going on in e-Smokey Treats land..

Phil, I just checked your site again and the new warranty is still changed from 6 months to only 3 months. A couple weeks ago you told me that was a mistake and that the site had been changed back to the 6 months??? Is it now 3 month warranty or a 6 month warranty? Also, when will extra nic juice arrive? Thanks

Sorry it has taken me so long to get to you on this.. Im still not getting forum notifications for some reason!!!

I have actually decided to drop the warranty to 3 months at this point. It was a very hard decision to make as I want to take care of my customers, but so many of the parts I have been having returned for warranty still worked or were obviously abused. That is also the reason for the change in the way waranty parts are handled now.

My new order of e-liquid shipped on Tuesday and Im hoping it will be here by this weekend..

Since the move I have a lot more space available for inventory and Im moving to a new manufacturer who appears to be more on top of things so I should not be out of stock any more.
