I believe these bottles were purchased from another retailer that went out of business, and were probably picked up for a steal to liquidate.
Speaking of retailers...the owner of the local e-cig and e-liquid reseller in my city told me that he emailed you about stocking Halo stuff. That stores gets an insane amount of traffic. It's a tobacco/cigarette store and it gets an insane amount of traffic in and out...and e-cigs have become extremely popular here.

I ordered 2 bottles of Truepure from there and quality was great. No issues for me.
Well I ordered 1 each of Freedom, Torque 56 and TruePure. Can't wait to get them. I've been wanting to try Halo juice for a while. I'll probably be ordering the sample pack in the near future, just wish I could pick the flavors in it.
You should email the owner of Halo and ask if you can substitute some of the flavors. He let me change the flavor of the cartomizers I got with my G6 to Malibu Menthol even though that flavor doesn't normally come with the kit. I've thought about asking the same thing because I don't like regular tobacco flavors and half of the juice in the sample pack I wouldn't even use.
I bought a bunch of menthol ice before the guy liquidated it to ecigexpress. Quality was fine.
Received the 6 bottles and tried True Pure in a fresh iGo cartomizer. I finally decided to try Halo juice after reading so many good reviews about their liquid.
I dont understand why so many people rave about thier juice. I dont think their are any better than other liquids. In fact, the taste is very mild, hardly noticeable. There is nothing crazy or awesome about them.

I'm inclined to agree with you on the liquids.
The batteries and blank cartos are top notch though. And the Malibu cartos I got were about the only juice flavor I thought was decent. I keep a bottle of Malibu on-hand though to refill the Malibu cartos and that system works for me. The rest of the juices though - for me, and my opinion only - don't do it for me. I'm of the mind that since I only recently quit smoking analogs that I would wait a month for my taste buds to "reset" and then come back and revisit them.
But I would buy more batteries and extra blank cartos from Halo again in a heartbeat, especially if I saw them in a store or something like that.
In my opinion, Truepure is the mildest of all of Halo's flavors except for Fusion which is flavorless. Truepure is my favorite, but I also don't like real strong flavored juices. Also, I did not like the igo cartomizers because they seem to mute flavors and I got too much of a filler taste. But it could be that stong flavors might be okay in an igo.
Some of my favorite juice vendors have 1 or 2 flavors I like enough to buy again... while having nothing else that appeals to *my* tastes. It's not so much a reflection of the quality of the vendor. I am just very picky. But even if you're not picky, if you dislike the samples, don't be angry with the vendors. Samplers give you a slightly more affordable way to try many juices without investing in full-size bottles you probably won't like. If I find just one juice in a sampler that I'd want more of, then the order is a success.
I really like 2 flavors in my sampler so far.. Prime 15 and Captain Jack (I asked to swap a menthol out for this)... So I am really pleased. I'll be ordering more of them. Bella (also asked to swap out another menthol for this) and Torque are notorious for requiring up to 3 weeks of steeping, so i'm giving them more time.

So far I've found the Malibu OK and the Tiki is growing on me. These are some of the first "sweet" juices I've tried. I'm letting the rest of the tobacco-flavored ones steep for a few weeks. Once I'm finished with the Tiki I'll probably have my mind made up on whether or not to order more of that.
Another vendor provides me with what my taste buds like in 555 and RY4 juices. Those are good right out of the mail.
I've got more sampler packs from other vendors on the way.
But man, when the temps are 126+F here the Malibu really helps with the perception of keeping cool....
