Whats the differance between Atty and Cartimizer

Hi everyone...Thanks to all for the quick replies to all of us newbies.
I have ordered the joy ego and also ego cartimizer. What is the main diff and benefits of the carti? Do i need a syringe to fill it? How does it act like an atty? Help..Thanks

A cartomizer is a combination atomizer and cartridge, meant to be disposable, although you can refill it many times (anywhere from 5-10). An atomizer is just the atomizer, onto which you would either drip or place a cartridge.
