Can you link to an example?

When talking about concentrates (not juices), "tfa" is "The Flavorer's Apprentice." So a recipe calling for x% Sweetener (TFA) is specifying a certain percentage of The Flavorer's Apprentice brand Sweetener.

As for "pv," no idea. I usually see this as an abbreviation for "personal vaporizer." Are you sure it wasn't "pg"? If a concentrate is listed with PG, it would mean that it uses propylene glycol as the carrier liquid. Some people have a sensitivity to PG, and would rather use all-VG (Vegetable Glycerin) in their mixes, and there are some concentrates (like most Real Flavors concentrates) that are VG only.

Most juices will specify amount of PG and VG included in the mix.

Moved this to DIY E-Liquid from General E-Liquid Discussion
I was just asking a question about e-juices. not how to make them. Thanks for the clarification guys.
@JasonB.,
The products (Sweeteners) you were asking about are flavor concentrates, which are used to DIY and require dilution, instead of ready-to-vape finished e-liquids. Therefore; your question was more appropriate in the DIY sub-forum. Both, for continuity, as well as a greater likelihood of getting accurate info. Admins, and moderators, frequently relocate a thread, to a different area of ECF, as part of their "general housekeeping." The message/post notifying of the move, like the one classwife posted here, is basically an automated message, and for documentation/information purposes only. You are not being reprimanded, so don't take offense. It has happened to may of us.;) Only when it is accompanied by additional text, or a private message (PM), warning about inappropriate behavior, do you need to be concerned. :D
I hope that helps.:toast:

I post it so ya know where the thread went (even tho I left a re-direct)
And yep, it's just Housecleaning (and teaching).

My bad!:oops: The format seems to be the same regardless of who the admin/mod is that is initiating the move (other than any added text). I made the assumption that you had a "template" to help make things quicker for you. Sorry about that.:blush:

I am another living example of why one shouldn't make ...umptions!
