What's the difference between a pod tank and a tank?

Yall, I just saw there's something called a "TPP Pod tank" for the voopoo drag 4 and it looks so good, I wanna purchase it,
BUT what's better in it compared to a usual tank? I can't imagine the only selling point being just the looks..

A Pod Tank has a base that can be attached to a standard 510 connection on a mod + a pod section that snaps onto the base...

This allows you to use the pod section alone on devices using that type of pod & the pod + base on devices w/ a 510 connection.

That's right. You could get more pods & use them for different flavors or coils, attaching them each to the same base.

Probably a good idea to also have a spare base or 2 stashed away though, if it turns out you really like the tank. Stuff happens, y'know.

Those are the PNP tanks, the coil inserts at the bottom and they have a bottom fill port. Recipe for disaster if ya ask me. Practically guaranteed to leak at some point. The 510 threaded base for these is kinda cup shaped and won't let juice get into the mod but you will be cleaning the base quite frequently. I personally will never buy a bottom fill tank for this reason
