What's the difference between premium and the other carts?

I am very curious about this as I just received my order that contained two boxes of premium RY4 24mg carts, and one box is gold-colored carts with soft, rubber tips, while the other box is dark, brownish gold carts with the hard plastic tips.

This has happened with my previous orders -- before the regular carts went on clearance in the Super Sale page -- in which I could not tell which were supposed to be premium and which were regular.

I prefer the gold RY4 carts with the soft tips over the other kind with the hard tips and would like to know how to ensure that they are what I will get in future orders.

Aside from this issue, I am generally pleased with V4L's products and customer service.

Sounds like you received both versions of the premium. They are in the process of moving to just the softcap version. The hardcaps will run out eventually. You could probably put a note in your order's comment section requesting only softcap.
