BTW - Are you Including the leading "3" in your count?

I did, I tried asking google first but it just wanted to show me the first 1000 so I just counted up!

Incidentally, it doesn't matter; the digit is "4" either way. The 183rd digit is either the first or second "4" in the "6446," positioned at about 9:30 on the pie, second row under "4825." For the record, I was counting only digits after the decimal, so I counted the second "4" as the 183rd digit, but if you count the leading 3 then it's the first "4" instead.
