I think ur collection hits it on the nail besides maybe the bb? by altsmkoke..any smaller 6v mods out there smaller than those Id like to see myself! :) Ill be following this thread closely, although Im a scaredycat when it comes to 6v using CR2s so I like bigger mods that hold a 18650/2 cr123s...:)

I'd say there's more information needed..like what atty are you looking to run at 6V..

reason I say this is that a low resistance 510 on a high-drain 16340 IMR will actually outperform a 4.5Ω atty at 6V..so would get you 6V+ performance in a much smaller device profile..like the chameleon (in it's small config)..
1.5Ω atty on highdrain 16340 3.7V battery =9.13W of heat
4.5Ω atty on stacked batteries for 6V =8W of heat
but it's dependant on the atty you want to run as well as the batteries..
I mean otherwise the super6 with it's unprotected CR2 is the smallest for stacked batteries

Best response of the week award, right there. =)

Nothing to add. Wouldn't even try.

I like using the cartomizers (510, 808). How do your summations work with these?

ok with cartos (I dont know the Ω rating on the 510 ones) the 808 cartos are a 3Ω which is gonna give you 12W of heat at 6V...
..but you're gonna have to use a stacked battery configuration...the smallest there is gonna be the stacked unprotected CR2..that smallest device is the Super6...
but if you want a device with protected batteries you're looking at something that can fit stacked CR123 size..and then for 6V you'd have the option of (2x) 3V LiFePo4 CR123 batteries
So you'd have to compare sizes of stuff that can run stacked CR123..I Think (but don't quote me on that) that the smallest for that configuration currently is the chameleon..
