whats this gross taste?!

well i took the polyfil out of a carto and havebeen using it to drip and i used the same liquid and it taste fine. absolutely no trace of that gross taste
well all that is left is to contact FSUSA and ask them why there is a nasty taste in their atomizers, explaining that you blew it out and nothing came out, tried 2 different ones, give them all the info you have, that you've used the juice and it was fine, etc.

alright. just sent the message to freedomsmoke. and when you say prime you just mean adding several drops to make it wet again right??
i still may try giving it taht alcohol bath later. until then its back to cartos haha. now im just concerned for my health as i have no clue what i had been inhaling lol

I'd leave it soak overnight . or a good 8-10 hours. 100 Proof is best if you have it.
One thing to note, I bought atomizers for an ego and I had the same taste. Horridly burning, maybe a little metallic. I was always told 3 to 4 drops to prime it. But I found that once I put 5 to 6 drops in it, I could taste the vapor again and had no burning taste, then when it almost got to that taste again i would drop 2 -4 depending. I have a feeling that your atomizer is not wet enough. But that's simply my observation.
I would not use rubbing alcohol .. you don't want to inhale/ingest any leftover. Stick to 100 proof vodka, or grain alcohol.
well im only twenty haha so i cant buy alcohol. and im in recovery so i generally dont keep that around the house
I had the same problem with the two attys that came with my ego starter kit. Blowing them out didn't help. I had to give them a bath and put them to bed for the night. The next morning they were fine and the bad taste was gone.
you can try a little white vinegar too .. but you'll want to rinse them in super hot water for a long time to get that taste out.
haha i can honestly say id rather have a vineger taste than whatever it was i was tasting. its god awful like burning plastic
