I was wondering if anyone has tried the new Motorhead snus yet? I've gotten a couple emails from vendors with ads on it.

I saw yesterday that vapingzone is offering a line of relaxing liquids with tryptophan in them and an energy line with caffeine. I don't know that adding things to liquids is really a good idea.

Hitt, I haven't tried the Motorhead. I've seen it on Snuscentral, it just didn't interest me enough to order any.

That's good news about you're neighbor.

It cooled off here, for a couple days it will be in the 80's. It's supposed to be in the 90's again by the weekend. I hope everyone is doing ok in the heat.

Good to hear from you skrymr. We have been cooled off to the low 90's the last couple days but next week is supposed to be up in the high 90's. That's still an improvement over the weeks of 100+. I was just wondering about the motorhead. I thought it would be cool to get a can for a souvenir. My work is still slow and it's driving me nuts. I've got some rental equipment that I'm working on but that doesn't do much for the paycheck.

Not one of the better days in my life. I didn't fall asleep till 3AM, only to be awakened by a call that mom had fallen. I got dressed, of course the dogs wanted out so I took care of that, then hopped on the Bike and got there around 5. Then screen was unlocked which I had asked her to do since I don't have that key, but then I saw the door was also unlocked that got me thinking she must have let her dog out, then fell. I opened the door and she's standing between the kitchen and LR. She's got this "I'm sorry" puppy face on.

I asked her what was wrong and she tells me she was sorry that she pushed the medical alert button. I think she may have pushed it by accident, then didn't know what to say when they asked what her problem was. Then she started appologizing again. I had to sit with her an hour and a half letting her know it was alright but the next time, just let them know you pushed it by accident.

Decided to get breakfast before heading home, now that I was semi-alive, hungry and hoping food would make me sleepy when I got home. The gf asked how she was, I explained and said I was going to try to get some sleep. Just short of lala land she came back to me upset. Her 25 year old daughter got rushed to the ER at 1AM, they diagnosed her with bleeding of the liver and rushed her to the big hospital in Allentown. The gf, who hadn't slept all night asked me to wake her when I woke up so she could go to the hospital. Needless to say I couldn't fall asleep for another couple hours and still only got about three hours sleep.

Kind of scary stuff. The girl had a baby boy almost a year to the day ago.

If you don't take care of yourself then you're not going to be much good to others.

I found out tonight that the neighbors will be moved out completely by the 26th of this month. Like I said before, I'll miss the kids being around but can't wait for the guy to go. He always sends his wife over to borrow stuff. It's funny that he's not to good to borrow tools and stuff but can't come over and ask for them. What a class act he is. I could understand if I had done or said something bad to him but have done nothing but loan him tools time and time again and even wired up his basement when they were finishing it. I sure feel like I got the short end of the stick in this situation. Oh well, hopefully the new neighbor will be better. If not I'll put up a fence.

Roth, why is her liver bleeding?

I can't remember which on of you posted about a friend finding a human bone in their yard, but did anything ever come of that? Just curious.

My week has been all about work. My family is at Wisconsin Dells so no real reason to come home, so I pretty much haven't. I don't like being here without my kids.

I have a trial coming up in a few weeks. I don't think we will pass this time. I just don't feel ready. With NO rain pretty much all summer, tracking has been a joke. Might as well lay a track on the interestate for how bad the cover has been!

The elderly lady who I bring in mail for, Elaine, today asked me to please adjust her thermostat. (she's 89 and going downhill FAST). Her air conditioning wasn't even on and her house was a humid 79. I asked her at what temp she wanted it set. She said "55". I said that may be a little too cold. She said, "I guess you think I'm just stupid". I said, "no, just a little overheated, let's try 74". Geez.

Thanks guys. I might even get out some snuff when I get back from my service call this morning. My sinuses are kinda plugged this morning so a little hedges should do the trick. By the way, nothing wrong with a little Hee Haw reference. SALUTE!

Yup, Hitt is a workhorse. I've been in ECF as long, but I cam't keep up with his post count. Of course, I might have written more words.:)

Axl, I think that was Gutter, but I may be wrong. Some day you'll have to get used to the no kids life, that's why god created dogs. Speaking of which, didn't you say the same thing last year about trials?

No idea why the liver issue, the hospital said laceration, but she doesn't recall anything that would have caused it. She got released yesterday, went home, but is back with chills and fever. I'm getting a bit concerned about her. There doesn't seem to be any reasonable explanation. She created a pretty ugly adolescence for herself before she came to live with me, two suicide attempts. Things weren't pretty around here when she moved in either until the cops had to be brought in and I think she got the message.

That being said and 10 years later, she seems to have gotten it and I'd hate to see any major issue. Just don't know.

Roth, I hope she will be ok. Liver problems can be pretty tricky.

My younger Son has been staying with his Mom's ex-husband for a few weeks. It is a lot closer to his work, and his daughter than my place. Last Wednesday he came home to a horrible smell. He went into the basement to find the guy hanging from he rafter's. It's a horrible situation all around, and my Son is taking it hard. He ended up quitting his job because he had to move up here with his Mom. His truck doesn't run well enough for the hour plus commute. Now he is talking again about joining the Army. He could use the discipline and confidence that would bring, but I would hate to see him in any danger. Either way it is his decision. All I can do is support him.

It actually rained here last night for a little while. The first time in over a month. Now the heat is coming back.

That's sad. There are a lot worse things he could do than enlist. The army helped me. He might want to look at the other branches too. The airforce looked pretty good too. Does he have any idea what kind of job he wants in there. Getting some training for something he could use in civilian life would be a good idea. When I got out there weren't a lot of companies looking for Patriot missile system mechanics.
