The "bearer of bad news" person I've been recently referred to on the forum as of late it seems that the gov is now putting pressure on credit card companies(again) to refuse charges related just as PayPal did.
This article refers mainly to cigarettes, but also mentions tobacco products and fines issued.
Money orders will still work if worse come to worse, just adjust your time if it come to a full blown thing.........................there is a lot of chatter going on now if you look far enough.

Well, my ventures into los are going pretty well so far. No mudslides yet... although it is hard to leave it alone with my tongue, so I keep expecting one. I've tried Roda Lacket, which I like a lot. And now I just opened Skruff Stark Los. I'm really enjoying it a lot, and the nic is definitely there. I can definitely see getting more los to try.

Oh, and I think I like the grind of skruf more than Roda Lacket. It feels less like mud to me.

my final snuff-PACT order came in today from Tom: Dholakia Temptation grape Concord, temptation mango cream, dholakia black and white, jaxon's english toffee, molen's oranjesnuif, dean swift deans own, checkerberry, TTstrong and TTsweet, and sun snuff pari. glorious!

time to begin the sampling:
snuff: dholakia temptation grape concord: (one of the only grape snuffs i've seen, and it's actually pretty good. typical dholakia tobacco, medium moist and medium-coarse ground. actually has a natural grape aroma instead of the expected artificial grape)
snus: nothing at the moment
vape: spiced fried apples in the V2
drink: orange soda

Afternoon/evening all . clubsnus order came today. The 2 fridge-mates are surprisingly useful. The snus fridge is packed, but with the fridge-mates I can now store 2 complete rolls in the door without cans falling all over the floor. They'll be keepers. The rest were a beanie, hat, coasters, coffee mug and 2 sample packs. I'm a little...well, a lot disgruntled about the cancer warnings stamped all over the place. It's not General, it's our dip-wad government requirements . The coasters are darn nice and very classy, but I can't get around that lousy warning prominently displayed right beside the General logo. Dred, you have some coasters comin' your way . The beanie will come in handy for me and the warning is stitched on, so that'll be removed before I slide it on my pointed head. The coffee mug will have the warning scratched off before the first drop of juice of the gods enters it. And firechick has claimed the hat, so that pretty well squares away all the junk. The really good part is other than an order of a few rolls of Oden, my SackPactAct is on the fringe of completeness . Man did I go through the moola .

A few pages back someone said that getsnus is going to stop carrying odens. Does anyone know when that is?

Stubby's right, if Gajane submits its ingredients list to the FDA we'll likely be able to keep getting Oden. As it stands, they haven't, so Northerner won't be selling it in the states and I got an email from Jill at getsnus saying they won't be restocking it . That's how it is right now, but hopefully it'll change.

Well stubby just posted this Nordic American Smokeless v2 - Is there Life after Taboca?and TV you should read it. This is kinda discouraging as in this article it states that after 14 months snus even if it is frozen the flavor will change and the nic will degrade and break down. Shiite I hope this is not true.

I can believe that, but I think it's a slow and slight process. I say that only because of some tests DVap did on nic degradation in severe conditions. My completed stash may last close to 2 years, and in that time frame I don't think I'll notice much difference. I hope not anyway.

Well my tobacco seeds came in today, so I think I will play around and see if I can get them to sprout.

I ordered three seperate types,
Giant Variegated Nicotiana
Scherazi Tobacco
Mohawk Ceremonial Tobacco (Rustica)

I figure if I can get even 1 plant from each that would yeild more than enough tobacco for me.

As to our fine goverment and their plans for our future I find myself getting more and more disgusted. I just finished up my taxes and I am paying this year which really sucks, and they just raised the tobacco taxes here in NM, and now they plan on telling my bank to deny charges on tobacco products.......

I have a old Soviet Union flag in my closet which I aquired years ago during the Cold War, perhaps I should just go ahead and take down the Stars and Stripes and hang up the hammer and sickel. I sure do not feel very free at the moment.

Hmmmmm indeed. Looks like Skurf either wasn't a good seller or he overestimated an order last year. I didn't check my dates, but I got 2 rolls of Skurf ES. It hasn't been out for very long, so it should be fresh. I don't know how conservative their "best by" dates are, but by the time I use up my hoard the freshest I'll have will be over a year past "best by". As a matter of fact, the first of April I purposely ordered 2 rolls of Lab 02 from getsnus that was due to expire on April 15th. I'm sure I'll still be using those up sometime the end of next year too .

Checkerberry - for some reason I always thought it was another swisher sweet american scotch, until I opened the tub. Wintergreen oil actually comes from the Checkerberry plant, which was surprising to read. This snuff smells just like a freshly opened can of General Wintergreen! Similar grind and moisture to the RR Maccoboy, medium/coarse and moist and cakey. Delicious and wintergreen-y!

Jaxon's English Toffee - wow! I'm going to order more of this... very tasty toffee aroma, medium moisture and medium grind. The only problem is it clumps a little bit, but as long as I can get it in my nose...

"We are sorry for the delay.. we have had much to do. But we will of course send your order as soon as possible. I have put a extra can in your package for the inconvenience."
Appears getsnus isn't the only one gettin hammered with orders.
