Ladies....Just a suggestion for you sinus headache troubles.Have either of you tried using a neti pot or another sinus wash product? They supposedly help with sinus colds and headaches.I use mine just for cleaning purposes when using my snuff...but have not had a sinus problem since I started using one.They take some getting used to(very unusual feeling),but you may want to give it a shot...it may be worth the price and effort!.Here is what I use SinuCleanse Squeeze Nasal Wash Kit : Target There is plenty of info on these products if you do a search.I just hate to see both you nice ladies suffering!! Thanks Wiz - I was planning on buying a neti pot soon. This being a virus, thought I'd wait till it stops.

Might have to get one of the teapot shaped ones. Sinucleanse one looks useful though.

I'll chime in on the neti pot. Picked one up also, the tea-kettle shaped variety. Can't speak to the efficacy of the thing for prevention of sinus issues as I've only used it occasionally for 2 weeks. It does leave one refreshed for sure. After a day's worth of serious snuff taking it is a must! Aside from that I have noted that on the days I've used it, evening actually just before bed, when I wake the following morning the sinuses always feel open and ready to go.

Didja know Oprah uses one! What more do you need
