Just thought I would let everyone interested know that Toque has the christmas pudding snuff available now. I ordered a couple large tins this morning. I don't know how he does it but Roderick is still not charging a shipping charge. I don't know how he makes any money. My order was $12 and shipped free.

my orders from snuscentral have gotten here from sweden 5 days quicker than my orders from northerner.Northerners ordering system could use some tweaking , i think.

Hitt, nope, no overtime. I do get nice large paychecks these days but I hardly ever get off work in time to get to the bank to cash them!

Axl I think I do remember C talking about that Merry Christmas snus but I don't remember who made it. I wish I could remember how to spell her screen name. I could use a few of those large paychecks myself. I could use a few side jobs doing some electrical work for cash. I only go to the bank once a month to cash my expense check. Everything else is direct deposit. By the way, no it's not Friday yet even though I too wish it was. My work has gotten increasingly busy over the last week or two and I am at the point now that I am probably about two to three days behind. If I got paid for it, I would put in some extra time to catch up a little but there's only an extra hour a day that our business is open that I could do that. Ok enough talk about work. Let's get on with some serious slacking before we have to get back to it tomorrow.

I still haven't tried any of the goteborgs snus. As I just opened my desk drawer here at work to grab a portion, I noticed that I now have eight different cans open. I can't be the only one that does this. I just can't open one can and work all the way thru it. I have to have several different ones open at once so I can pick and choose depending on what sounds good at the time. I think I have another five cans open at home although I tend to use mostly general mint when at home.

I usually have 2 or 3 cans open at a time. I tried keeping a few flavors in one can, but there was just too much bleed-over for me.

something terrible has happened to me in the last week.my beloved roda has turned on me.now whenever i put in a portion it's like licking salt and battery acid. has this ever happened to you guys and gals? if so what did you do? i still really dig ettan and general wintergreen but i don't think i could do either all day.what do you guys reckon i should try?

I've got a freezer full of 01, 02, Ettan, and Grov that I don't know if I'll ever get through. If my tastebuds don't come around, I might have to look at doing a swap or selling 'em cheap to make room for stuff I know I'll use. That's one thing I miss about being able to find one brand and sticking with it. I guess that's the price we pay for getting our sense of taste back, huh?

Allco do you know other ones that you like or are you on a search for new flavors? Sounds like you are headed for a rough time with all of those tobacco flavors if you don't have some others to mix it up with. The most of any one that I bought was two to three rolls. I think I have around eight or nine different ones of varying amounts in my stash. I recently got some more thunder berry and grov black when they were running the free shipping. I also got a couple cans of lab 02 to try for the first time.

I think that if I got desperate, I would find even my 'yucky' snuses better than nothing. That's why I hold on to them. I'm afraid to get rid of anything because my tastes DO change so often.
Did my second 3 mile run of the week (yeah me!!) Now my foot hurts. I think I'll just do a quick mile tomorrow and then back to three thurs. Have I bored you all yet?
We are having the best fall EVER with the weather here!

I used to get a lot of foot pain after running. The chiropractor helped with that. I did two miles Monday along with some weights and did a combination mile of walking and running yesterday at a three percent incline along with a little more weights. I'm kinda sore so I skipped today. I better stop talking about exercise before TV catches me. Did I say exercise, I meant extreme slacking. Good night folks.

Congrats on putting in the miles axl. i'm sorry to hear about the foot though.are you giving yourself recovery days while you get back into things or are you running everyday?
i've started trying to listen to my body a bit more lately and not feel bad about taking a day off between runs to let things heal a little better and have found that i don't hurt or get hurt nearly as much now (but the days off are boooooring...)
my chiro has helped alot with my issues too though. if my lower back or hips get out of whack, it wreaks all kinds of havoc on my feet and shins.

I got in an extra 3 miles or so last week for a total of 12 (divided up into 4 days).took sunday off and ran another 3.5 last night and will hopefully get in 3 more days of at least 2.5 this week. well , in between all the slacking i plan to do in victor's honor

as for right now, i'm enjoying the rain coming down outside with some grov portion and h20

ok,so i got crazy and put in an order with toque just now (did the 10 for 9 thing) as i figured i shouldn't write snuff off just from experience with the old school american stuff.
now - tomorrow will be snus ordering day (snus central) and i thought it would be interesting to hear what you guys' favorites are or anything you think i shouldn't miss out on.so if you guys have suggestions, i'm all ears.

Good morning. Gutter, what toque snuffs did you order? I have tried several of them but not all. The raspberry menthol is my favorite out of the ones I have tried so far. The blueberry menthol and lime toast are pretty good too. I have grown more partial to the menthol snuffs over time and even mix some menthol with other snuffs. As far as favorite snus, I use thunder berry, grovsnus black, general mint, lab01, Offroad cranberry and Offroad coffee vanilla on a pretty regular basis. I do like the catch licorice and LD black but don't use them every day. I tried the regular and wintergreen general when I first started but didn't care for them too much. I didn't like the offroad licorice at all even though I do like the other two licorice ones I mentioned. I also tried ettan and nick and johnny strong but didn't really like those either. I have tried the thunder es and thunder long. They are ok but not on my regular rotation. I like the flavor of the thinder berry alot but can't do extra stark portions all day. I wish they had that one in a regular portion. Ok the only other ones that I can think of that I have tried are the jakobsen's iced fruit and catch eucalyptus. The iced fruit tasted like a salt lick to me and even though I tried it several times, I hated it and it is the only can I have ever thrown in the garbage. I liked the catch eucalyptus at first but grew tired of it pretty quick. It's a different kind of mint. I think that's it as far as Swedish snus. I did try a few discreet brand snus but didn't take to them although the peach was pretty good.

i ordered the raspberry menthol ( on your reccomendation),absinthe,espresso,christmas pudding,blueberry menthol,quit,natural toast,and i think i got some peppermint,whiskey and honey and toffee. i pretty much just went to snuff reviews and went through the toque listings and got what had the highest reviews and things that sounded good to me.
we cracked the tin of ice fruit we had this week. what a wretched,horrible taste that was.i've been able to use ever other snus i've put in but, the ice fruit has the distinction of being the first snus that i've had to spit out (the wife spit it out as well).i dig their wintergreen - too bad.
i'll put in a tin of grov black and the offroad cranberry ( i dig the catch licorice and offroad licorice).and may have to try the thunder berry.the extra strong stuff usually isn't my bag but it would be cool to have some around.thanks for the suggestions.

I really like the Gotlands Christmas snus and still have 3 cans of loose in the deep freeze. I'll have to thew a few of those for the holiday season. Haven't tried the Purified or V2 Jules snus but hear good things about it. Nice cans on the portion Gotland Jules.
