Catch Dry Eucalyptus Mini + Black Tea

I really like the flavor and kick of the Thunder Frosteds! Plenty of tobacco flavor with a nice mint'iness (compared to the General Mints which have much less tobacco taste). But the portions don't seem to stay intact as well as the General/Catch/Göteborgs portions, the ends of the packets open up the snus within gets out, kind of messy. Does anyone else have this problem with the Thunder mini portions?

I too have never had problems with portions coming apart except the general wintergreen. Just one more reason to not like them. I finally caught a bit of a break. I helped the kids carve pumpkins and then they went to a b-day party while I stretched some carpet. The carpet was fraying where it meets the hardwood floors so since we can't afford to buy new carpet right now, we decided to try our hand at stretching it so we would have a clean edge. I have to admit that it went better than I thought. Now the wife wants to clean the carpet. We have a carpet cleaner so I bet you can guess who's going to get to run that.

VM, I've had a number of different portions "leak" but I have a tendency of lipping them and forgetting about them until I'm near a trash can. Always requires a quick trip to the bathroom to clean up the mess. Nothing as unappealing as snus particles hanging around in all the little gaps between you teeth.

Speaking of cig packs, I had to take the scoot in for service and I had a spare spark plug in my glove compartment that I wanted to dig out in case they needed it. Found a pack that had to be in there over a year. It's now hanging around my garage in case I ever convince myself I ever need a smoke. That should convince me NOT, after a couple of summers "maturing".

Yeah roth I don't think those are better with age like scotch is. My wife still smokes so I don't have to look hard to see a fresh pack in the garage. I let her try my pv but she didn't show any interest in it at all. At least she smokes alot less than I ever did.

800 miles would be LOVELY!! Everything is fine as long as we don't REALLY talk. If I keep it all about "how are you liking the weather" things are fine. She never got over how my dad handled his will (ya i benefitted, but so did she and I was not the one making the decisions so get over it!) and she takes every opportunity to throw stuff in my face. She's like a tiny skinny version of Marie from "everybody loves raymond", which my brother as the character Ray and i guess that makes me Robert or more likely Debra.

Yeah Hitt, it was my gf who wouldn't let the E cig topic go, way back when I had become a confirmed smoker for life after tiring of the merry-go-round of quitting, then smoking, then......well we all know how that goes.

Finally I caved and 16 months later, I'm working toward a year smoke free and she never really gave E cigs a shot. Of well, I'm not complaining and you never know. I certainly have a storage shed full of equipment and juice if she wants to make another go of it.

"Speaking of being being irresponsible, I saw that the McRib is back "for a limited time." I know there's nothing in that sandwich that should technically be classified as "food," but they're so tasty. :D As far as once or twice a year indulgences go, I guess that one's not so bad."

Good news, AllCo, my daughter works McDonalds as one of her jobs and informs me that at least the pickles in that sandwich are real. (That counts as a veggie serving, doesn't it?)

    Good morning. Happy Halloween. Boo!

Axl good luck with the visit from your mother. My parents live about 650 miles away and don't really travel so if we want to see each other then I have to go there.

Roth, I too have enough supplies stocked that I could supply both of us for quite some time but she has shown no interest and I'm not one to force things on people. Neither one of us had heard of them til I saw a short story on the evening news one night. It peaked my interest because I had hit my breaking point with smoking since I had always smoked a pack a day and then after 23 years my usage had increased in a few months to closer to two packs. I was feeling it and knew I had to do something. Weird coincidence that I saw that story. So here I am now about a year and a half later. It sure seems like its been a lot longer than that.

By the way, believe it or not but I have never had a Mcrib.

The mcribs are really good! I don't actually even want to know the contents, but good to know that the pickles are real.

Tried to watch scary movies last night. My hubby picked. NOT scary. We watched "paranormal activity" and "trick r treat". Paranormal activity would have been good except I really don't believe in demons. Ghosts interest me more. Trick r treat was just plain ......ed in my opinion. Are there any truly scary movies that don't involve cruelty to animals or children? Oh, and that aren't slasher films?

I'm gonna keep an eye out for McRibs, never had em before? Here are some scary movie suggesions: The Shining, Jaws, Alien, The Exorcist, The Thing. I thought Christina Ricci was pretty good in Monster (with Charlize Theron), but I haven't seen her in other shows, Sleepy Hollow might be good?

About Thunder Frosted Mini portions busting open on me... happens pretty consistently... i do move them around a lot which has got to be contributing to this messy problem.

The movie I was thinking of was the Gathering. Although I do remember there was something about child abuse in it. I think the one guy was abused as a child. It was a good movie though.

Our kids decided about an hour before time to go trick or treating with friends that they didn't want one of the million bags that we have and were going to make some out of old material we had. Argh! They are coming back here in an hour or so to go in our neighborhood so I will go out with them then. Until then I'm gonna try to get my stress level down with:

    Thunder berry
    30mg vape
    Warmed up coffee
and maybe a pinch or two of something

Good morning folks. Axl that is odd. I have to admit I never thought of that. I'm at the orthodontist this morning. It makes for a nice Monday with getting to work late. Problem is that they'll be waiting for me to walk in the door.

    Nothing til I'm done here.

Good morning Allco. It's good to see someone else here in the morning besides me and the cricket in the corner chirping. I just got back from the ortho and they made hooks on the brackets that are three teeth over from center on the top so they could make me wear rubber bands from the top to bottom on each side. That sure makes placing a portion difficult. On the up side of things, the doctor said that I am almost finished and will get my retainers soon. I know it might sound silly that a 40 year old man has braces. My parents were never big on taking us to the dentist and therefore I had a couple teeth pulled in the backs that could have been saved and made space for some of the others to shift. It is something that I had been talking about doing for a long time and finally did. I thought it might also help give me a little incentive to quit smoking. My bite is much better now and although they will never be as good as they could have been without those two teeth being pulled, I am pretty happy with the results. Is it really worth the money? To me, yes.

I see alot of 'older' people with braces. My boss's wife had really cool looking gold ones. I didn't wear my retainer when my braces came off so now I have some crowding on my bottom teeth. Not sure why they feel the need to do that. It's been a very gradual shift over the last 20 years so I don't figure I'll actually live long enough for them to get too bad.

I had a nasty allergic reaction after my run last night. Sneezed and sneezed for hours and no amount of allergy meds made it stop. I even took a benedryl at work today and I NEVER do that. Every once in awhile I'll go through a phase where my body acts like it is deathly allergic to running and then it just goes away. Time of year or running inside vs outside doesn't seem to matter. My dr said it happens to some people. Of COURSE i would be one of 'those' people. LOL! Gonna give it a go tonight anyway. Maybe I should carry my hubby's epi pen on me jic ;)

ps. How come people in other areas of the forum are so dang nasty to eachother?? Geez.

Well Axl, maybe you are allergic to exercise. TV would be proud. I wonder how that pirate costume worked out for him. Where have you been wondering off to on the forum that people are being nasty? Should we go hijack a thread or two? I'm going to try to get my workout in tonight too. I broke my headphones for my ipod last week and just picked up a nicer set that I am excited to try out.
