Leery about buying it though, some not happy angry Mexican drug dealer might show up and cut you with a not so mini-switchblade for "taking his sheet man"
It's amazing how financially responsible some municipalities can get. I thought it was only the enforcement of traffic laws that generated income for the police department, but some have gotten much more sophisticated.
