W, I'm afraid you're stuck with Northerner on the Christmas snus. I remember it being another one of their monopolies. I sure wish snuscentral was more aggressive on deal making with manufacturers, but I don't s'pose they have as deep a pockets. Dang!

I had a whirlwind of a weekend - parents,friends,customers gutter cleaning and leaf blowing.whew.

as an aside - have any of you guys/gals got a can of ld black you'd want to sell or trade? i've really been diggin' the offroad licorice lately and the description of ld black sounds like it would be right up my alley.

Good morning. It's another beautiful Monday morning here at work( despite what TV thought I would say). Ok I give. He's right Mondays suck and I hate being back at work. I'm not much of a paperwork person and I have to do a bunch of calibration certificates for a customer that had an inspector come in and said we need to change their paperwork some. They never asked for a special format on their calibrations but now all of a sudden they hired an independent inspector to help them get ready for an inspection by the railroad people and now they are saying the paperwork I gave them isn't good enough. It's the same as I do for any other customer but I guess since they do work for the railroad, they are looking for something more. Anyway I'm rather aggravated over it and when I told my boss he said that I should charge them for " every last minute" I spend on it. That's his call so if they complain when they get the bill then they can talk to him.Too bad I can't charge someone for the time I spend on here complaining.

Gutter, I have some LD black. PM me your address and I'll send you a can. I really haven't been using it much lately but the LD black and the catch licorice were a couple of my favorites. I didn't really like the can of OR licorice that I tried before.

I woke up this morning, felt like poo, and called into work sick. I slept ALL DAY LONG and now I feel almost 100%. I am glad I was mostly sick over the weekend so didn't miss too much work, but at the same time, it kind of robbed me of my weekend.

Nothing new to report on the snus or snuff front as I'm standing pat on my old standbys and my snuffing has had a few days where it's dropped to nothing lately. W, I think your weekend bug migrated east. The last 2 nights I've had a living room full of sick kids piled on the floor and couch. Everybody seems to be healing but my last holdout, my almost 5 year old. He didn't come down with it til late Monday night. I expect General Hospital to be clear by this evening, though.

The only Jules I've had is the Gotlands. Yummy stuff.... taste like..... CHRISTMAS!!!! Still has that Gotlands tobacco flavor underneath. That's something a bit hard to explain but there is a touch of bitterness to it. Oddly enough it grows on you if you give it a chance. Perhaps not for everyone. If the big day had a flavor this would be it. Kind of a grown up Christmas though. Not for the kiddies. I've heard the V2 is less tobacco flavor underneath but as I said, I've never tried it.

Good morning. I guess those two snus do sound good but I'm still not motivated enough to try them. Maybe it's just that I'm not real motivated at all this morning. On the up side of things, my boss is leaving in a little while and will be gone the rest of the week. I had to ask him yesterday to buy a new piece of test equipment and got a little speech on how it was ok as long as I thought that we would be able to bill the money spent back out over a short period of time. It's not like I'm buying an electron telescope. It's just a $270 digital tachometer with NIST certificate. I think more than anything he was getting worked up over being gone like he usually does. He should know by now that we can handle things here just fine when he's gone.

See TV, and you thought I only whined on Mondays.
