What's up with Ccv?

Been trying get a hold of someone at Ccv but no one answers there phone and they do t respond to emails. There voicemail doesn't even say there company name. Just says the phone number? Doesn't even sound legit.

Have you tried hitting the account tab then using the add request button?

They are actually creepy quick that way. I usually get an answer in minutes.

First time I used it I thought I would get a regular email back. No. They actually respond back on their site through the same way. Account tab then the request portion.

If you just ordered, its going to take a few days to ship. Andrew is a one man operation. I talked to him Saturday and he said hes got some 300+ orders that need to be filled. So its gona take a few extra days. In my opinion though, it is well worth the wait. His prices and guarantee for cartos is awesome. I always order a 15pack iof Ressurectors when I have one 5-pack left. Then if it takes a few extra days, your still okay

...glad you finally made contact...Andrew is a great vendor but, as others have said, he is a one man shop...he is the receiving clerk, the shipping clerk, the bookkeeper, bottle washer and evens mixes his own juice... sometimes ya gotta wait but, it is generally worth it

Its also important to keep in mind the vendors are massively busy during the holiday season. Even if he had a full crew to run everything theres gonna be delays.

Ccv has been backed up since Thanksgiving. Still thumbs up for there quality.
