Assume it's a requirement if u intend on selling your product in CA.

I would bet people from CA don't even notice them anymore since EVERY single thing on the planet seems to cause cancer according to CA, and has to carry that warning(ie even coffe shops have to display one).

I think I would Notice a label More if there wasn't a Prop 65 Warning on it. LOL
