After countless hours of reading recommendations, I wanted to order from Ikenvapes
but they are sold out of every carto that I want.

I've been checking the site for months and I'm (supposedly) on the email list for when new stock comes, but so far, zip.
Same here, you need to be really quick. I had a friend that got in an order last week, but they were out of stock in minutes.
From what I have been able to gather, and this info is all pretty much rumor and hit-or-miss on facts...The owner of Ikenvape commissioned a well-known cartomizer manufacturer to make cartomizers of his design, but he wanted them to be exclusive to him. Now, had this all gone down in the free world, he would have had a patent for these special cartomizers.
But China does business far different than what we are accustomed to, and patents don't mean squat to their them. This has been seen historically often in the ecig business there. A very cut throat, competitive business philosophy where designs are "stolen" and money is the bottom line.
Although verbally agreeing with Ikenvape about the exclusiveness, this manufacturer began selling the same cartomizers to other vendors. Obviously this ...... Ikenvape off, there were business squabbles, and he has had issues since getting his cartomizers produced in the numbers that he can sell them.
On top of that, he was burned badly by a business scam in the Phillipines and lost a lot of money from that. The guy has just had a lot of bad luck. Seems to be a pretty nice guy from his videos, too.
So that is just some rumored background info on why these great cartomizers are so unavailable.

You can still order a tank fit for the eGo, and get either Boge or Smoktek cartos for those tanks. You want the tube to be pyrex or polypropylene?
