¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I'm hoping, @Mooch, that you can possibly shed some light on this since you deal with batteries way more than most of us probably do....

Do you have any idea why Illumn sells the Molicel P45b with this sticker while other authorized dealers don't?

Also, look at the bottom line on the sticker.......... "CE RoHS"

The CE (Conformité Européenne) designation is specifically for goods sold within the EU.

RoHS is Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS Directive 2011/65/EU).

I suspect the sticker is, perhaps, for compliance within the EU.

Cells shipped in bulk can only be transported on cargo planes, bulk shipments are not permitted on passenger planes (from what I read).

Per FedEx, cells shipped via cargo plane or via ocean are required to have the following sticker on the box.

There is another label that uses the "UN 3491" designation along with the same battery symbols. Also saw a few other ones.

Illumn is the only store I saw that has the sticker. Does that mean they have newer stock? Dunno.

That's what is printed on the P45B's sold at LIION Wholesale.
