What's up with Ms. T's Bakery? Almost 2 months before processing?

Anyone have any idea what's up with Ms. T's Bakery? Her flavors are the bomb, but she's only completing about 50 orders per week. I ordered on November 5th and my order number is still 500 orders out! Her website says 10-18 "business" days to process -- what are her "business" days one day a week? And she's refusing refunds for the wait time.......

Guess I'll get my order sometime next year.......

Just saying........ Ms. T's not worth the wait or the hassle.
