6v with a 4.8 ohm atty would be a lot less power than 3.7v with an LR atty, i don't see the point myself. Those attys are more catered for 7.4v really.
Actually Firefly, the calcs would go like this;
6 volts divided by 4.8ohms equals 1.25 amps multiplied by 6 volts would give you 7.5 watts.
I am assuming when you refer to a LR atty, you are talking 1.5 ohm atty's, so;
3.7 volts divided by 1.5ohms equals 2.47 amps multiplied by 3.7 volts would give you 9.13 watts.
It is a widely held opinion that 8 watts is just about perfect for
vaping most juices. higher than that and you get a real hot vapor and can burn the flavor from some juices.
Now if you are talking a 1.5 ohm LR atty on an eGO or Riva, you are referring to a 3.2 volt
device. Now the same calculations above would give you 6.83 watts. Completely different experience.
