I have the IPV3 150 Watt box with the Little Boy rda. I've got a simple dual macro coil build reading 0.3, and I love to vape it at 75 watts. Provides a nice, dense, warm vape that I can enjoy all day.
I go from 10-15w depending on juice with tanks; around 30-60w with max vg on a dripper
iStick 20w, Nautilus Mini, 1.6 - 1.8 ohms.
6.8w - I've proven to myself it's not possible to vape Castle Long 12ml nic at 8w on this setup without burning the coil.
I read everywhere about people vaping at much higher wattage and it just leaves me confused.
I appreciate that sub-ohming requires more watts, but guess that these systems are only creating the heat I'm getting at 6.8w on my setup, or else everyone's using a very different juice.

Exactly @Semiretired, 13 watts on a 1.2 ohm coil brings me through a day vaping (about 4 ml) without recharching my SXmini S class.
I have my DNA40 set to 10.5 W right now, on a 0.21 Ω coil made out of 0.5x0.2mm Ni200 ribbon.
The temperature limit is set as low as 340°F, because both the RTA and the mod have springs in them.

The wattage depends on the surface area of the coil(s). The coil in your atomizer is on the smaller end of the scale, which is why it doesn't require a lot of power.
I've been using an Altsmoke Silver Bullet mechanical mod for nearly 3 years. I used to work in a vape shop, and I've yet to find a better reasonably priced mechanical mod than the SB.

Well since I've gotten so many comments I'm just waking up rocking a pink 50watt I stick by eleaf, with a mad hatter Rda and a max vg sweet and sour candy flavor
Oh and its at 1 ohm coil (although the. Display is jumping from. 09 to 2ohms. Not sure what that is all about) I'm doing between 12 & 15 watts in a single coil build
That's definitely not cool, that's a very wide discrepancy. Make sure your post screws in the RDA are nice and snug.
Vapor Shark rDNA 40 watt: 35 watts at 420 degrees, single nickel 200 30 gauge build at 0.2, 2.0 IDC, 13 full wraps using the El Cabron Slick RDA using the LG 2500mah 35A 18650 Battery), usual e liquid: Shipwrecked's Caribbean Cask 80vg/20pg, 5 mg (banana/cream/whiskey/honey - SWEET!).....this is my tasty vape production set up...but on a usual basis I usually just use the Panzer mech with a Doge X RDA at 0.3 single build (I never build under 0.2, too hot a vape for me)
I use a Kangertech ipow2 with an aerotank 2 and like around 10W with a 2.5 ohms atomizer. 60/40 PGVG for a nicer hit.
Although it depends on what flavour I am using.I do find that adding caramel darkens the mix and clogs the atty quickly.
