I never really thought about it. I don't have a goal, I didn't even have a goal to quit smoking. I just figured for every one I didn't smoke I would be ahead. Now I am glad I did try it, because as soon as I did I didn't even want a cigarette. Quitting was a pleasant accident.

So, no goals. Just being a happy ex-smoker.

My goal was to quit smoking which I did. Now my goal is to continue to not smoke. Which I succeed at every day.

Cut back on nicotine? Not concerned, although I might cut down a little eventually. Or not.

Stop vaping? Why? I see no reason to. If I do see a reason to later, I might consider it then. Or not.

Everyone who keeps speaking of 'addiction' with respect to nicotine ought to watch and listen to this : CASAA: Video: An Ethical Look at Harm Reduction and Electronic Cigarettes

Our addiction was to smoking Our use of nicotine is a dependency in this addiction specialists words. Not nearly the same animal.

Speaking to goals, I've quit smoking. My goal was to quit paying exorbitant taxes on my tobacco so win. ;)

Is it your goal to quit "smoking" all together or are you happy vaping.

Sent from my truck using 3 toasters a broken microwave and 6 rubber bands McGyver style......Chuck Norris aint got crap on me

My goal is to enjoy nicotine while avoiding cancer, emphysema, and all the other diseases related to smoking and tobacco use.

I am more than happy to be addicted to nicotine, I just don't want my life shortened by tobacco use.

I just want to stay off analogs. vape until i"m sure that has worked. I also will be using a step-down nicotine plan.

to be honest, analog smoking was stealing money from me, but also using up my time. Vaping still costs money, and can be somewhat "fiddly" and also takes time.

I prefer to be truly *FREE* of all. I prefer not to be a slave to buying or making juice, or hardware or nicotine or anything else.

Don't expect to be in this more than 365 days.

I'll still come here though. :)

My goal is to stay quit. And if that means continuing to vape I don't have a problem with that, my Doctor doesn't have a problem with that and my Allergist doesn't have a problem with that.

30 years smoking and e-cigs are the only thing that actually worked to quit and stay quit. (Last cigarette was 07/31/2011.) Don't over think the nicotine or vaping issue....
