Up to this point I've spent $300 less than I would have on cigarettes, so $1700+ in 8 months. I am fine with that, I think I have pretty much all the mods and associated vaping equipment needed for the long-haul. My vice is juices, I like them a lot and like trying lots of new ones. The past 4 months I went from unlimited to $125 a month down to $75 a month the past two months.

Now I'm going down to $50 because I have the core juice vendors I like (ECBlend, HHV, Vapor Chef, Indigo), and then will sprinkle in other vendors month to month which will actually be a fun challenge. I figure I'll use the steals and deals thread and find a new vendor I haven't tried with a discount, and resupply from my core vendor joints as needed. I also have a really good local B&M, so I'll have to plan visits there according to my budget.

I like the Innokin products as far as mods. I have two MVPs and a VV3 now, and I also have a Vision Spinner and several Joyetech batteries. I have tons of toppers and am rebuilding some of those, and have like 20 iclear 16s and 30s also. I'll need to periodically load up on different stuff but the juice is pretty much my focus now. If I couldn't only stay out of the NET thread...if only...then maybe I might actually succeed at $50 a month.

My #1 reason for quitting was saving $$$, so that is going to be a motivator for me. However, if I think my vaping experience will be bolstered by a mod purchase or a rebuildable, then I won't hesitate going over. I figure making an extra purchase on my anniversary of a big ticket item (e.g. a Reo, Mini Provari, etc) is acceptable, so that may help me stay on budget also. Whatever works for people though, enjoying the hobby and not going back to the analogs is the end game regardless of what you spend. :vapor:

Whatever amount I can spin to the dear wife! She's pretty good about it as long as I don't leave vape gear and juice bottles all over the house. I'm in for well over $700 so far this month, but went on a bit of a spree for MODs, juice, RDAs, batteries, etc. which I've not done in a while. And there was the added cost of an afternoon of clothes/shoe shopping with the dear wife to help "spin" my need for new MODs.

Normally about $125 a month to resupply juice, and occasionally batteries or kanthal. Way better than cartons of smokes!

you know what I don't think of it that way

what I do is if I get something expensive like a provari I don't get a kayfun that same month

I don't think about what I spend on juice I just try to make sure I don't waste too much

I am conscience of the fact that when I was using clero's the heads can be expensive and looked for alternative like RDA
less expensive to rebuild

just by those basic rules I can spend more on some month's less on others
but either way even the most expensive month's are less expensive the buying ciggs at $100 a carton x4 per month

so Im good

I have spent $1733 in the last 6 months. That is for me and my wife but mostly for me!!! We were spending about $325/mth on cigs so I figure I am still up. Plan to spend another $1200 by August. That will be for NIC, flavors, PG, VG for about a 2 year supply. It will also include coiling and wicking supplies for about the same. I am retiring at the end of August and moving back to Canada. Plan to get backups of every device that we use just in case they ban everything in Canada. Once I get there, I don't plan to spend anything. At least that is the plan!!!!

Well since September 9th I've spent about $1,254 not counting juice. I went about started with a volt kit then went to a pair of spinners with clearomizers and now 2 APV and a Mech Mod. I'm about done buying equipment and more into making my own juices though I still buy mostly sample packs when I do until I find about 3 juices I really like enough to use exclusively.
