When can I start posting in other forum sections?

Hello all....

I'm at 16 posts right now and went to post in the ProVari forum Section of the APV forum. It said I did not have the right permissions to do so. At what point can a new member start posting in other forum sections?

I know at my 6th or so post I started posting in other forums and was able to start topics

Have you tried again as you are at 19 posts now?

I have tried, I also notice that my avatar is not showing either. Hmmmm, maybe I have to clear my cache.

I posted a picture and wondered why it wasn't my Avatar ... apparently pictures and avatar settings are 2 different ones. I finally got it right (obviously) ...

I didn't have to clear my cache ... maybe log out and log back in again?

It looks like the specific APV sections might need a separate approval to join. I see that I can post in most all of the other sections after clearing my cache, and logging out and loggin in, but my profile picture is still not showing.

I know there is a section or 2 that requires you to be a "verified" member ... for your Avatar make sure you are putting it under "avatar settings" not profile picture settings

One issue resolved. I can post in the ProVari section now.

You needed for the system to refresh to be able to post elsewhere...it did at 25 after

Your avatar, go to settings, Edit avatar and you can add one from there
