So I've successfully converted a dripper to be bottom feed by cutting (notching) the 510 insulator. The problem is now the 510 pole goes up (rises) when I tighten the atty to the mod. I need to secure the insulator to the body of the atty. Something tells me superglue isn't the most wise decision here.

What are my options for securing the plastic insulator to the body (well of the rda) so when I tighten it in to the mod, it doesn't move and force the 510 pole to slide up with it.?

I did cut my derringer insulator a bit too much and it does the same as you are describing, but I see it as a minor annoyance, it still works great, no issues whatsoever and the plus side is that I can push it down as much as I can and then by tightening it down to the mod it gives me room to have it perfectly aligned to where I want the airholes to be.
