I have an ego T atomizer that works like a champ despite the fact that I have been vaping on it since the end of January. I dedicated this atty to my favorite vape, Hypnotic Mist. It is a delicate and complex vape. It was so great the first month I used it I didn't dare try to clean it. But eventually the harsh reality set in and I had to do something...my first cleaning was an iso alcohol soak followed by the hot water rinse/dry burn method and my atty came back and worked like a champ. For a couple weeks. Then I tried the white vinegar method. Came back again...with caveats. Had to suck on the tank a bit more, whatever. I'm thinking wick issues are involved; the flavor seems to be compromised. Anyway, I'm not having atty issues, I'm having flavor issues. Tastes...stale, moldy. I have only used the one flavor on this atty, and vapor is not an issue. Anyone else who has otherwise positive experiences with the ego tank found this to be an issue?

PS: I've also cleaned the tank carts I used. And tried an new cart with the same flavor.

dry burning wont do anything for certain portions of the wick that arent close to the coils... may be time to remove the pin plate and expose the coils... search "atty resurrection method" and follow that to clean the coils... then search "simple CJ's" wick modification something something... cant remember exactly what it is, maybe someone else can link you? Anyway, dry burning can clean up the coils, then maybe throw a new wick on and see what you get. I must warn you, this sounds a lot easier that it is actually going to be... its going to require some work! Tank attys are expensive, so it may be worth it to play around with it
