When I post a picture......?

Why is it turned on it's side and how do I rotate it???

You have to manually adjust the orientation of the picture before uploading it to be posted.

I went into Picasa, thinking I could rotate it but looking at it in Picasa, it's correct. ?????

No, I uploaded to Dropbox on laptop. It then goes into Picasa........
