Hi deathnote,
my experience to get off the analogs:
i was using gas station disposables and knew that the 18mg nicotine dosage was not enough to stop completely.
was a 1/3 pack a day smoker for last year and a half - and found that could not get under 5 cigs a day but wanted to stop my wife's griping. so.... bought a cigalike starter kit from Halo (the G6) and got a sampler pack of juice at 24mg nicotine dosage.
once i received the kit ...
5, 4, 4, 3, 3, 1, 1 was the number of cigarettes, i used per day with the kit.
to be honest, the last 1 cig on Sunday evening right before bed as not really necessary.
then no more analogs.
the nicotine dosage i believe is key to stopping real cigarettes (and finding a flavor you like).
yes, it gave me a buzz at this initial level, but the buzz is key factor to quiting analogs for me.
buzz and throat hit from the nicotine content.
Still had cravings for real cigarette quite a few times since then, especially after my first beer since quitting.
But i had my ecig on me and it helped put out the fire so-to-speak.
did my first step down on nicotine content about 3 weeks after stopping analogs.
i have just stepped down to mixing between 12mg and 18mg this week.
vaping hard during the step down is normal from what i've heard and i myself am experiencing.

So i've been vaping for 4 days now but still can't stop myself from having 2 or 3 analogs every day. I used to smoke about 15 before I started vaping. Would like to know how other members stopped using analogs, gradually or as soon as they picked up an e-cig.
