Carto-tank: When it's time to replace the cartomizer inside?

Guys,

I'm using a couple of Boge F-16s, shy of two months now. Each tank has been topped-up (with juice) at least 3-5 times. I'm still getting good & satisfying vape from all of them. No change in flavor, TH or vapor. They seem to perform perfectly fine - ditto as they were in the start.

So, the question is, "when should I change them?", when should I replace the carto inside my tank? Is there a particular time-limit beyond which we must not continue using a cartomizer? Or, is it OK to vape till we get some obvious indications viz. bad taste / smell etc.?

Seniors pls advice.

Thanks in advance.

I know it's time when the draw gets too tight.
Agreed. When the draw becomes too tight or stiff, the flavor seriously degrades, you get a burnt taste, or the carto loses its fluid retention and floods, it will be time to replace it.

I typically can go 1 - 3 weeks with mine. Longer with clear liquids, much less with darker or thicker liquids. Three to four tank refills seems about right for a carto to last in a tank.

Wow, thanx!
That's what I wanted to know. Mine's vaping well yet. I'm on 70/30 PG/VG. I guess each is in it's 3rd week equivalent now. So, as it gets time to fill-up -- I'd replace their cartos.

Deeply appreciated everyone.
