When you miss a sale?

Hey all, just wondering how you guys cope with missing a sale? I usually give myself a good ol' facepalm of shame .

The reason I am asking is cause I just missed an awesome sale at vaporkings! I wanted to buy some of their VHV 901 atties, but my work dated my check for Saturday (which I had to work on!), so I had no money in my account. I was told to use my relatives credit card, but it got declined . I realize it is only $5, but hey that counts! Haha. Sorry, just venting.

Edit: Also just saw the Harbor Freight free multimeter, which works when you buy an item and use a code for 20% off. DOUBLE facepalm

Actually, there should be a sticky warning n00bs that sales are not rare events!

I know when I started just a while ago, I really hit the $ale$ HARD! As a result, the PIF and Treasure Chest has benefited.

If ya miss one sale, there's another just around da corner.

My experience - sales are like buses - you can wait ages for one then three come along at the same time

A few weeks ago I missed a 20% off sale my favorite juice vendor was having. I kicked myself for missing it, but today they're having a 24% off sale. This time it worked out in my favor. I ordered enough to last a few months.

I've learned to wait till I NEED something, sale or not I wind up saving money in the long run and chances are their will be another huge sale when I NEED it. If you miss a sale it just means 2 more are coming.

My favorite vendor was on sale for 30% off all their juices and I missed it and Johnson Creek sales only happen a few times a year. I felt crumby that I missed it but God must've felt bad for me 'cuz last week they had a "Steal of the week" for my juice. I got 7 - 30ml bottles at 35% off each!

Yes I missed a 25% off sale at the site I use for liquid! It was 1 day only,grrr! But did get my stuff from gotvapes while still on sale! Yea, Danno and Chris!

I've missed loads of sales -- and I know htis because I sign up for a bunch of vendor newsletters. However I did recently catch RTS Vapes' Labor Day sales, so I grabbed half a litre of 100mg unflavoured juices and and a litre each of VG and PG, all at 65% off regular prices. That plus 20% off at Liberty Flights made up for missed sales elsewhere.
