This may not seem reo specific, but I wanted to get the opinions of reoville as to reputable sites to purchase some new 18650s, preferably some AW IMRs with a decent amp limit and Mah rating. Much appreciated!

Umm... Never heard of RTD Vapor... they may be good to deal with like you say... but... why do they have an invalid security certificate?

Hmm... I use Chrome and Firefox. Both say it is not a trusted source when attempting to checkout (even my phone browser...).
i usually purchased at RTD vapor, but i had an eBay gift card and decided to purchased more batteries and got 2 aw imr 2000 mah for 16 bucks shipped and they are authentic.
I've used RTDVapor for several years now, batteries, chargers, etc. Every purchase was correct, and shipped quickly. One of my most favorite places to order from, I always check them first to see if they have what I need.
IE 11 no certificate issue here, I regularly hit sites that require 3 factor authentication and I would get locked down if any of my settings were out of whack. You might want to check on the settings for your certificate authority.
