whoa, a what? Building a coil involves uh, wrapping the coil around wick material, or a small nail or something and then wicking it. What about welding now?
That would work, but the whole wire would become hot. If you're rebuilding the coil of an atomizer for a clearo, that means it's going to heat the
threaded connection too; that's a no-no.
Real
coils have lead wires, and only the coil part has the smaller gauge wire; that way, only the coil heats up, under power.
(sure, some heat is transferred to the lead wires, but the assembly can handle it)
