You'd probably then have at least several people who could suggest some eliquid vendors who take PayPal.
I asked this question earlier, but did not get a response. I used to buy from ejuiceconnect, but now I only pay online with PayPal. Does anyone know good ejuice websites that allow PayPal?
Iirc it’s pretty common though it has gotten complicated. PayPal is a bit less identity and thus age restricted than say a credit card, so you can pretty much guarantee yourself a solid age and identity verification rather than just an “are you of age?” checkbox. This may have gotten too complicated for some retailers and they simply dumped PayPal.
Unfortunately, PayPal in the US, does not allow "tobacco" product sales.

Nope. Dotmod, geekvape, vgod and evcigarettes utilize PayPal. They just dont have juice I like.
Their billing is set up through China. Which is allowed.

There is this statement in the PP Help Center:

No vendor in the US will accept pp. Other countries do but shipping cost can be brutal. Might depend on where you are. Could fill in your location, it may help you in obtaining location specific information to your question(s). On the top right hand corner of this post you will find --"your name" next to "Inbox and Alerts"
Place the mouse pointer on your name. You will get a drop down and on the left hand side of this drop down you will find "Personal Details". Click Personal Details.In Personal Details, in middle of screen in gray, you will find "Location" Could fill that box line in.

eBay doesn’t allow such sales either. This means that anything vape on eBay is already hiding something. *shudders*. Hate to think what might be in a bottle of juice on eBay.
I think that if you have juice you like, it might be worth your time to buy a prepaid, limited to just about you purchase price per order credit card. That equally avoids fraud and doesn't limit your options like paypal does with juice.

Accepting PP and accepting PP without age verification are different things. Perhaps we got a kiddie here. Hard to know. If we do he’s in for a hard time. There was a crackdown on age restriction loopholes throughout basically the entirety of North America. Gonna be quite hard to buy nic without proof of age now.
Electric Tobacconist takes PayPal. And I’ve been really happy with them.
