Does anyone know a good place to buy juice that allows PayPal?

Your question has specifically to do with websites that sell ready-made eliquids. So you may want to click the "Report" link in your own post, and ask a moderator to move your thread to the General Eliquid Forum. You'd probably then have at least several people who could suggest some eliquid vendors who take PayPal. :)

Iirc it’s pretty common though it has gotten complicated. PayPal is a bit less identity and thus age restricted than say a credit card, so you can pretty much guarantee yourself a solid age and identity verification rather than just an “are you of age?” checkbox. This may have gotten too complicated for some retailers and they simply dumped PayPal.

    Ummm...EVCigarettes is in Jacksonville, FL.

There is this statement in the PP Help Center:

"PayPal generally prohibits transactions for all types of tobacco products, including cigarettes, cigars, and smokeless tobacco due to legal requirements and industry regulations for online tobacco sales."
Any merchant selling these products and offering PP is either doing so without PP's knowledge or with written permission. That permission can be revoked by PP at any time, for any reason, without explanation, and without recourse by the merchant."

    Maybe they got written permission?
Would be good if all vendors accepted PP.

No vendor in the US will accept pp. Other countries do but shipping cost can be brutal. Best option is to get a cash card like blue bird that you can put just enough money for the buy.

I have always bought from ejuiceconnect.com, but now I only buy online with PayPal. Does anyone know a good place to buy juice that allows PayPal?
Might depend on where you are. Could fill in your location, it may help you in obtaining location specific information to your question(s). On the top right hand corner of this post you will find --"your name" next to "Inbox and Alerts"
Place the mouse pointer on your name. You will get a drop down and on the left hand side of this drop down you will find "Personal Details". Click Personal Details. In Personal Details, in middle of screen in gray, you will find "Location" Could fill that box line in.

Unfortunately, PayPal in the US, does not allow "tobacco" product sales.
Although some are skirting PayPal policy on ebay.
eBay doesn’t allow such sales either. This means that anything vape on eBay is already hiding something. *shudders*. Hate to think what might be in a bottle of juice on eBay.

There are 2 in this thread. May be others, too.
Accepting PP and accepting PP without age verification are different things. Perhaps we got a kiddie here. Hard to know. If we do he’s in for a hard time. There was a crackdown on age restriction loopholes throughout basically the entirety of North America. Gonna be quite hard to buy nic without proof of age now.
