I currently own a ego-v 650mah and been searching for a itaste vv revision 3 for upgrading , out of stock everywhere I've look for so after many searching found that I could buy "advanced" equipment like the vamo, lambo, and some others for 10$ more.. But is this the best option for a non expert user? Flat top batteries, button cells? Don't know wich one to use.. Does this baterries need to take out of the device to charge them? Its it much better a device like this (vamo, lambo, l rider, etc) than a itaste vv3 ??

Hi Gado!
I don't have an Itaste VV but I do have a Vamo and a Varimax.
My Vamo is both Variable Voltage and Variable Wattage.
My Varimax is Variable Voltage only.
I use the Efest brand 18650 IMR batteries, 2000mAh, 3.7 volt, button top. I personally do not like to stack batteries, that is why I use one 2000mAh batt in my mod. There are also other brands of IMRs - AW, EH, Panasonic(a hybrid IMR) and others.
These batteries would have to be charged independant of the mod with a charger. I use the NiteCore Intellicharger - it comes in a 2 - bay and a 4 - bay version.

I can't tell from your location if you in the US or elsewhere but here are some links:
For the batts:
eFest IMR18650 Flat-Top Battery it shows a flat top but there is a drop - down list so you can choose the button tops if you like.
Also a 2pack

My VariMax (Variable voltage only if you don't want to fool around with variable Wattage too)

As said earier, i have the VariMax, have had it for over a month and I love it
Or Vamo (VV and VW)
Stainless Steel Vamo I love my Vamo, too!
Or...if you don't want to fool around with either VV or VW, there is the Silver Bullet - but you must use protected batteries in those because there is no built in protection like there is in the VV and VW mods.

Now there is one I have been looking at to buy for myself that is neither VV or VW but has built in short curcuit protection - the Boss and IMR batts can apparently be used in this mod
Boss Mod
If you don't mind having VV and VW Innokin is coming out shortly (if it hasn't already) the iTaste SVD

I've looked at the reviews for this and I'm def getting one of these, lol
Now, if money is no object then you can get the Provari (yes, I said the P-word). I don't personally have one (yet), but from what I understand, it is well - built and the customer service at Provape is said to be exemplary.

There are many, many options, too many more to list here but I have only been vaping a little less than a year and just started using mods myself. I don't consider myself a "veteran vaper" by any means, lol
If you get a mod, buy two or more batts..that way when one batt is ready for a recharge you have another ready to put in your mod
Happy hunting!
