Where can I buy no-nicotine cartridges?

I know you can buy blank cartridges. You could buy some of those and then some 0mg nic juice to fill them up with. As for the glycerin, i wouldn't really know i THINK(being the operative word) that blu sells their cartos with glycerin not glycol. There juice is made by Johnson Creek. Other than that i wouldn't know anymore companies.

As Tallmaan84 said, the carts and cartomizers sold at many of the online stores (Example: Liberty Flights) come empty. Just buy up the carts that fit your PV, and fill them up with whatever juice suits your fancy.

Above posts have it right -- just get blank cartridges or cartomizers and fill them yourself. You can get 0 nicotine juice from almost any vendor.
I think glycerine and glycerol are actually the same thing. E juice uses either propylene glycol (PG) or vegetable glycerine (VG) or a mix of the two. Both are widely used in foods, cosmetics, soaps, pharmaceuticals, etc.

I think you're right about the VG. It pretty thick stuff when ive vaped it I have to dilute it with some PG and MAN the difference is amazing. Liberty-Flights is where i buy all my supplies except my juices.
Everything I ordered for myself from vapor4life is 0mg. I order some low strength 4mg and 8mg for a friend, but almost any place you can get juice you can get it in 0mg+. There are a few out there that only sale the higher stuff nothing below 24mg, but those are rare. So far I am liking my pre-filled cartos, but once I get more into it, I will probably be filling my own cartos. Some of the prefilleds I order only come in 0mg, but V4L is running low on some of their stock.
We don't even know what e-cigarette you have. If you really have cartridges which press onto or into an atomizer you can clean them, clean the stuffing, dry everything, fluff the stuffing and put it back into the cartridge. Then add new juice. Or you can make new better stuffing by cutting down size "U" aquarium filer foam.
If you actually have cartomizers (hold juice and have threads to screw right onto battery with no separate atomizer) then you cannot restuff those. You need to buy blanks.
0-nic VG juice - make your own. Find Glycerin that is pure and 100% vegetable (Glycerin is allowed to have animal glycerin in it too - you don't want those). Get some professional food flavorings (Flavourart is an Italian company - you can buy their flavorings and other from Liberty-Flights.com.uk). Then figure out a good flavoring percentage (may be 5% or 10%) and mix with VG. You may need to substitute distilled water for up to 10% of te VG to make the juice flow well. Ad it may still be too thick for cartomizers.
That same UK shop may have some VG eliquids for sale with 0-nicotine.
