I need to find some place to find a good supply of cartos at a good price....between my girlfriend and I we go through a good amount of cartos...and the fact that we only have the cheap little carto punch, its becoming harder and harder to use them....anyone have a good source on cartos? .....also a better carto punch?

I like:
- Boge
For my cartos, the least expensive Iv found, and good quality

That's what I was going to say. I just ordered a carto punch from Surevapes as well. I haven't got it yet, but I'll let you know how it goes. There is also this device which isn't designed to be a carto punch, but is supposed to works well as one. Super cheap too.

Phil Busardo goes over in detail at about the 3 min 20 second mark.

Surevapes & vaporbeast have good prices on them. I buy boges. Like fifty bucks for 50 & free shipping too I think. I also buy from Hoosier vapes. They sell the boge 5 packs for 5 bucks each & have a automatic 20% off coupon which means you can get 50 for 40 bucks before shipping. They also ship fast from my experience.

Edit: these are not prepunched

is there a big difference with between the prepunched and non punched...as far as draw, ect..

I've just gotten into punching them myself but I use them in tanks so before that I was buying them already punched. I can't really say there was a difference for me personally but that's probably due to the fact that I kept flooding them because I was so afraid that I was going to burn them, which is why I started using them in tanks. Plus it's just more convient to just have to fill up the tank like once a day and be done with it rather than topping it off & having to carry extra juice with me around all day. How do you normally use yours?

sorry, I was actually watching the pbusardo youtube thing.....for some reason it logged me out while watching it...

@chimney I have 4 tanks that rotate and end up goin through 4-6 every 2 weeks...which I know is a lot but I think it because my voltage on my zmax is too high...my girlfriend probably goes through twice as many because she just likes to drip

@r77 yes, texas tuff tanks...my question was if do the prepunched hit better I guess? prepunched holes look smaller to me so figured it would be as good...if that makes any sense

How high do you vape? I use 3ohm single coils on a Provari and vape between 4.3-5.0 volts. From what I read most people get a week at least out of one in a tank. I tend to get 7-10 depending on the juice. Im sure i could get more but i switch when my flavor starts to fall off. My darker juices I probably get 4 or 5 days depending on how heavily I'm vaping. One really thick dark juice I've gotten about 3 days! Carto killer!!!!

Have you ever thought about getting a dripping atomizer? There's one Bursado loves on avid vapors website.

Sorry, didn't mean to scold you there, lol. :) The airflow and hit isn't affected by the punched holes. They're solely to allow juice in. They do seem smaller on the web, but they look smaller because they don't have the dent around them that is from hand-punching.

Still, keep your handpunch handy in case you need to add another hole.

Are you having airflow problems on the set-up that you have now?

If you can look thru the carto or blow thru when off the battery, then the cartos' ok. you might be overtightening or somehow restricting the airflow where it connects to the batt.

If you can't see thru it or blow thru it, you can gently slide a paperclip thru the center and then blow it out.

Crazy burnt goes in the trash- can't recover a carto after that.
