They were probably taken off the market due to the potential safety hazard with the spring heating up the battery.

Very helpful thread... I am in the market to get a VAMO as well and when you do a google search ( or at least when I did it ) only one vendor comes up... I don't necesarrrily like to buy from the first vendor I see and usually take the time to research them all before buying. I don't mind spending a few extra dollars to buy from a decent vendor as opposed to buying the least expensive out there, so thank you to all that replied to this thread.
Thank you for starting this thread! I was looking also and could not find one. I went with vaporbeast. They are out of the kits but the two VAMOs they offer are the older one called the VAMO and the newer one called the New VAMO V2. I got the new one. Thanks!

Make sure you get a newer one with the metal buttons, but as soon as you get it take a look at the spring. The newest springs in the cause resistance in the .6 ohm range and heat up. ...or one could go ahead and order a VAMO now and replace the battery spring with this one for $2.29, HeliX hot spring. It's probably a better spring than what will be used for a replacement.
Also, anyone ordering from China should be aware that tomorrow is the start of Chinese New Year. This usually means shipping delays.
