Where can I get an Atty Extender?

I have a short atomizer I want to use in a tank that is longer. I have seen these extenders that fit into the drip tip end of the carto and the drip tip then goes into the other end of the extender, thus allowing you to fit the short atomizer into the longer tank.

Anyone know who sells these?
